Grab one of the envelopes attached to the box and fill out the info on the front — your name, phone, vehicle, and a brief note about what you need done. The more detail, the faster we can get started.
Seal your keys inside the completed envelope and drop it through the slot on the submission box. That's it — your keys are secure, and we'll pull them first thing in the morning.
Park in any open spot on the lot, and don't forget to leave a good callback number on the envelope. If we have questions before starting work, that's how we'll reach you.
Once your service is complete and paid for, we'll text you a unique code that unlocks one of our four secure pickup boxes — your keys are waiting inside.
Once the work is finished, we'll reach out with the total and a link to pay online — or call us and pay over the phone. Either way takes just a minute.
After payment clears, we'll text you a unique code and tell you which of the four pickup boxes holds your keys. The code only works for your box — nobody else can open it.
