I had small damage on car that drivable i and good friend i thought was friend and l t was lady work there trusted her and and she told totaled my car by time get there it was already striped down and she totaled my car had pay 2000 dollar I could had done it my myself for 1000 it body shop by trade school I never tanking my vehicle There again they screwed like I was gay guy

The man that answered the phone was very rudely Sarcastic when I asked if they helped with door switch install because I bought my own part he said nobody would do it because they wouldn't make no money off it because it's like bringing a chicken to a restaurant and asking them to cook it I just asked about the switch but I need some general maintenance on my car that would require spending atleast 700 or better but this made me not care even use them at all ..

I had taken my car to 3 separate shops around town - the problem was either misdiagnosed, or was refused to be worked on due to 'modifications' to the vehicle. Jack and his team did not have any problems working on my car. I told them what I thought the problem was, they listened to me, and later figured out the problem had nothing to do with what I had initially told them - but they never made me feel stupid, and answered any questions I had regarding the repair. When I requested to provide parts myself, they could have easily declined to install parts that they did not source themselves - and I feel like most places would have - however, they worked with me, and it was obvious that their priority was in doing the job the right way, and not in profiting from selling me the most expensive parts that they could. The work was done quickly and correctly, and the car drives great now! I will absolutely be back to have them perform the additional repairs that they diagnosed and recommended.
