They are always smiling and friendly, and they know their business. They go out of their way to save you as much money as possible, and their work is perfection! The manager Margaret knows her job and does it masterfully.

Staff was very cordial and prompt. Had an issue with a part after the initial work was completed. They had me bring it back in to correct without hesitation. Excellent customer service and highly recommended!!???

Lost alot of money dealing with them. Took my car in (Accord) with a list of issues it was having . Left it and about a week later they so called diagnosed the issues and what the cost would be to fix . Reluctantly paid the expensive cost . Get the car back after repeated delays weeks later ....the car is literally having all the same issues with the exception of one. Take the car back to see what's going on TWICE..after multiple delays they just give up and cant figure the issues out....which is a very costly trial and error experiment that I paid for . Money down the drain will.never use this shop for.mechanical maintenance again .

We are new to the state of Georgia. We had a deer run into the drivers side of our vehicle, which caused some damage. We were able to get right in, and they finished 3 days before they their time estimate, which is always a surprise bonus! The front desk lady was such a gem to work with. The office was neat and tidy, even smelled nice. Thank you Snider Collision Center for getting us back on the road, in such a professional manor.
