We had an issue with two batteries that they installed in my Sister-in-law’s 2007 EOS in 2017. The car is in Florida and broke down. Tom was amazing and tracked down how we could get the warranty covered! Without him, this would have cost us near $1,000 to fix! Had he not kept impeccable records, and produced the receipt from where he purchased them, we would’ve been sunk! He also went out of his way to find out where we could take it! Such a nice man, and we recommend him and his business highly!
