I had my Durango towed to Jack mid day after having a radiator blow and had everything fixed and working by the next afternoon. Very prompt and fast service not to mention very reasonably priced, I'm new to the area and have found my new mechanic. Highly recommend Jack and his services.

We had mechanical issues with our Passat manual shift Volkswagen after having Battery Source install a new battery. We went to our trusted mechanics at Lee County Auto, and they referred us to Jack at Snider Auto Care. He inspected and fixed our problem within minutes pulling out an extender tool piece to a drill that Battery Source had dropped in my gear shift. Jack said it was free of charge and to just come back for regular service. We were thrilled with this because we have been living in the Albany area for about 7 years and always had to travel an hour and half away to have our Volkswagen serviced since no one that we knew of had the capability to work on this foreign car. Now we can fully have our Volkswagen serviced and repaired locally! As the other reviews stated, they do a thorough job with detailed pictures and invoices of all the work that was completed. You know your car is being handled with the best of professional care. Thank you guys again for being honest and hardworking!

I took a used car by for a pre purchase inspection that I was a little sketched about. The report was very reasonable and very detailed with photos. Recommended service was noted with estimates and urgency of each item,impressive for the rate paid.Jack explained any questions or concerns and the car actually had a good service history.
