I had taken my car to 3 separate shops around town - the problem was either misdiagnosed, or was refused to be worked on due to 'modifications' to the vehicle. Jack and his team did not have any problems working on my car. I told them what I thought the problem was, they listened to me, and later figured out the problem had nothing to do with what I had initially told them - but they never made me feel stupid, and answered any questions I had regarding the repair. When I requested to provide parts myself, they could have easily declined to install parts that they did not source themselves - and I feel like most places would have - however, they worked with me, and it was obvious that their priority was in doing the job the right way, and not in profiting from selling me the most expensive parts that they could. The work was done quickly and correctly, and the car drives great now! I will absolutely be back to have them perform the additional repairs that they diagnosed and recommended.

Snider auto was amazing in how they treated me, and in the quality of their work. I called at 10am with a major oil leak (due to negligence at one of those "10 minute" oil change places). I arrived at their shop at 11:15. By 11:25 I had a diagnosis of the issue (with pictures), an estimate for total cost, and by 2:30 that afternoon my car had a new oil pan. Jack and the folks at Snider will be my new go-to for my maintenance and oil change needs. Impressive.

I’m a contractor and I need to make sure that I have the best mechanic in town and my truck. Is it the easiest to work on and I never have any problems working 6 to 7 days a week and then working around my schedule and keeping me on the road. I’ve always been loyal and they take care of me really well. how’s the contractor? It’s important to save money and I feel like I’ve maximize my long-term savings in investing in Snyder.

Thank you for the fast and friendly service. Everyone was so nice. I received a call with an estimate prior to the work being done. I was thinking I had a bad starter but come to find out it was a faulty battery that had shown it was fine on testing. Jack found a leaking hose that we were unaware of and fixed that too. The work was completed in less than 24 hours. Prices were fair. I really appreciate your honesty Jack. Thank you!
